Cancellation Policy

I request a minimum of 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations, so that I may fill your space with those on the waitlist. Missed or cancelled appointments within 24 hours are due a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the session cost. Thank you for honoring your commitment to scheduled appointments.

Exceptions to this policy are on a case-by-case basis, and allowances are made for extenuating circumstances.

Identifiable information that is collected is solely for the purpose of transactions, appointment scheduling, and email newsletter marketing. All information received is held in confidence and not shared with others. There is SSL technology in place to keep all transaction information secure. I do not have access to your personal billing information.
