Explore the seven main chakras in this series, which meets once a week for 8 weeks. We will experience vibrational modalities relevant to each chakra, including sound healing, essentials oils, gemstones/crystals, as well as energy medicine practices. Each class will include an overview of the main aspects of the chakra, a guided meditation, toning, sound healing, a time for reflection/journaling and sharing. This is an experiential workshop series, and participants are asked to commit to all eight classes to receive maximum benefit.

Class time: 11am-12:30pm

Participants are asked to bring a journal and wear comfortable clothing. You may wish to wear colors representative of each chakra to class for added intentional benefit.
